Design Features (Worm Gear Actuation)
A. Heavy-Duty Worm Gearbox: Precision machined helical gears for smooth, low-torque 90° rotation; provides high mechanical advantage for large diameter valves.
B. Positive Locking Mechanism: Securely holds valve in any open/closed position to prevent drift, meeting API 609 safety requirements.
C. Integral ISO 5211 Mounting Pad: Accepts directly mounts pneumatic/electric actuators without additional brackets for automated conversion.
D. Anti-Blowout Stem: Stem is retained within the body to prevent extrusion under high pressure differential conditions.
E. Full Port Design: Minimum pressure loss, full flow area equivalent to pipe diameter.
